How You Can Help

We are desperately in need of foster homes! Could you foster a Lab?  Would you like to "try" one of our dogs and see how it works out for you and the dog? Fostering is the perfect way to do so!

We would love to have you help with our rescue efforts! We think you will agree that it is a wonderful feeling to help place a homeless Labrador Retriever with just the perfect family. If you would like to help, please contact one of the below-listed rescue coordinators.

There are several ways to help Lab Rescue. If you aren't able to donate your time and energy to our efforts, we would welcome your monetary donation. Donations help pay for spays and neuters, veterinary care, medication, food, boarding when necessary, and other necessary rescue expense.

We offer memberships in our organization. There are two types of memberships: working and non-working. Working memberships are $10 per year. We ask our working members to donate some of their time to help us with fundraisers, transportation, fostering, etc. We are currently in desperate need of foster homes for our rescues and people who are willing to help transport dogs. We also have non-working memberships, available at $15 per year. Please send an email to Linda to learn more about becoming a member of our organization. Won't you join us?

We publish a quarterly newsletter. Please send an email to Linda if you would like to be added to our mailing list. Also, members and volunteers are invited to attend our dinner meetings, where we discuss new dogs coming into our rescue program, fundraising ideas and activities, and plan for upcoming events.
